Keith Brelsford

Keith is Head of our Residential Development Agency Division and has been with Glenny since 1993.

He holds a BSc Hons in Land Management from the University of Reading. Keith’s main areas of practice centre on the provision of detailed advice on residential redevelopment and mixed use opportunities from small scale projects through to complicated phased and mixed use schemes.

In addition, he provides development consultancy advice in respect of development opportunities including assessment & critical analysis as part of a wider due diligence process.

He has a detailed and thorough understanding of the residential development market, especially in London and the South East, and developers’ philosophy towards land buying.
