Our Residential Development Agency team are delighted to confirm the successful completion of a fantastic development in the ever-popular Stansted Mountfitchet village.
The site was launched to the market last summer with the benefit of an outline planning consent to build 30 new executive style homes whilst also providing 40% affordable units for the local community.
As transactions go, the entire process was a relatively smooth one thanks to the combined efforts of our Residential Development team, the land promoter Pembridge Land and purchaser Troy Homes who all provided the necessary expertise to see the deal over the line.
