Our Residential Development Agency team are delighted to confirm the successful completed sale of a fantastic development opportunity at Foots Farm in Clacton.
The site, located off Centenary Way was promoted through the Local Plan process to allocation followed by a submission of a detailed planning application with consent granted last week for a scheme comprising 122 units including 37 affordable housing.
