We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant, based on-site in our Stratford office, to support our busy Commercial Agency team and assist on wider corporate marketing and business development activities.

Whilst there’s a clear focus on digital – growing and improving our online and social media presence – it’s a varied role, so needs someone adaptable with a hands-on approach and a “can-do” attitude to projects whatever they might be. Amongst other tasks, the headlines are: 

COMMERCIAL AGENCY

• Social media – promoting properties, news, deals and transactions 
• Producing and deploying digital and print mailing campaigns 
• Producing agency property details 
• Uploading property details to web and third-party listing sites
• Producing pitch decks and presentations 
• Producing communication pieces, event invitations, confirmations and follow-ups

CORPORATE

• Maintaining our website – content creation, SEO and performance 
• Growing our digital presence, profile and reputation 
• Collating and publishing newsletters, industry updates, though leadership and opinion pieces 
• Collating and preparing content for web blogs and social posts 
• Liaising with PR, creative and technical agencies 
• Assisting with corporate marketing campaigns, activity and planning
• Helping to manage and develop house brand and corporate identity 
• Assisting at events

THE PERSON

• Excellent written English, able to craft compelling business-to-business copy across various platforms
• A great eye for detail, with creative flair and an interest in design/visual communication 
• Confident communicator able to build effective working relationships at all levels 
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines 
• A team player, who enjoys working collaboratively but can also focus on solo projects 
• Ideally some experience gained in, or working agency-side for, a property or professional services business 
• A qualification, or experience, in corporate marketing

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Agent to join our South East London & Kent team, based in our Dartford office.

You'll need to have a proven track record and active industry profile, with a good knowledge of the region. Able to broker transactions from initial enquiry to completion you'll be a hungry deal maker.

Responsible for transactional business on sale, letting, disposal and acquisition of commercial property you'll be able to use your strong commercial acumen to best effect.

The position would suit a surveyor who has recently qualified (or is about to) and is looking to further their career in an environment where we provide a varied work load across a wide range of property classes.

The role encompass general building surveying duties including  dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, RCAs, party wall matters, and the tendering and administration of construction projects both traditionally and on design and build basis.

Based in our Stratford office with projects across London, Essex, Herts and Kent working in a close, friendly and supportive team.
