Land at Tweed Way Rise Park is located within a popular residential area of Romford and was offered with the benefit of a planning consent for seven, three-bedroom houses.

The design and application were managed by our in-house architects Dovetail Architects who oversaw the planning process and were instrumental in getting the consent granted and on time before the marketing deadline.

Thanks to a comprehensive marketing campaign suggested by our Residential Development Team, the opportunity was very well received by local developers and regional housing builders, with over 20 bids being submitted and a land value achieved in excess of our client’s expectations.
