Nick is a consultant, working with Glenny's Asset & Property Management Division of which he was formerly the Equity Partner.
His consultantcy activity focuses on advising our team of Surveyors, Accountants, Facilities and Administrative Staff. His specialist area of practice is leveraging maximum asset value for our clients’ portfolios.
He became a Fellow of the RICS in the mid 1980’s coinciding with him joining Glenny following a successful career with his previous company which floated on the London Stock Exchange.
Nick remains proud of the Division's commercial acumen in managing assets with a diverse range of clients from Pension Funds, Corporates, Private Individuals, Trusts and Local Authorities.
He is considered extremely skilled in “Landlord and Tenant” knowledge which he shares with the team and uses to the advantage of our clients in running their investments.
