Glenny advises BlackRock on the acquisition of Uplands Business Park

BlackRock, advised by Glenny's occupational team, has recently purchased Uplands Business Park in Walthamstow, East London, for £51 million. The 11-acre industrial estate, totalling 290,000 sq. ft., was sold by Workspace Group at a premium rate of 75% to the September 2016 valuation at a net yield of 4.2%.
