Glenny announces multiple senior promotions across key divisions with Aaron Stovell and Alasdair Lowe stepping into Divisional Director positions. Jeffrey Prempeh and Jon Fields are both promoted to Senior Associate, with Craig Overy, Tom Graham and Domantas Lapé all becoming Associates, and Caroline Puxley and Michael Mekonen progressing to Senior Surveyor roles.
Aaron Stovell, working in Glenny’s Valuation Services division, brings over 15 years' proven experience focusing on East and South London, Essex, and Kent across numerous asset classes. He advises clients ranging from major financial institutions and corporates to public sectors bodies. As Divisional Director, Aaron will lead the team in delivering accurate, trusted property valuations driven by detailed local market knowledge.
Alasdair Lowe, in his new role of Divisional Director, will be heading the Regeneration, Infrastructure and Compulsory Purchase team. A trusted advisor to local authorities, infrastructure bodies and other public sector organisations, he specialises in helping clients achieve their strategic regeneration goals and providing expertise on navigating the complexities of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation processes.
Jeffrey Prempeh, in the East London Business Space Agency team, has 13 years’ experience of supporting a wide range of clients on undertaking successful commercial property transactions and lettings.
Jon Fields, part of the Valuation Services division, has practised for over 14 years across the industrial, office, retail, and residential sectors, working closely with major financial institutions, corporates, public sector bodies and more, primarily in the East and North London, Essex and Hertfordshire markets. Meanwhile,
Craig Overy, who has been with Glenny since 2012 working in both the Architecture and Construction Project Management teams, is deeply skilled in building consultancy and specialised project management across all aspects of the construction process for industrial, commercial and retail clients.
Tom Graham has been Head of Planning Consultancy at Dovetail Architects, Glenny’s in-house architectural division since last year. An experience Chartered Planner, Tom has a 15 year background of adding value to private and public sector clients across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and city regeneration schemes. Domantas Lapé has also been with Dovetail Architects since last year, on the Building and Construction team. An experienced architect, he specialises in technical design and full construction project coordination and delivery, having led on residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Caroline Puxley, who joined Glenny’s Valuation Services division in 2014, has established a solid track record of commercial and residential valuations and development appraisal instructions, encompassing the London and Essex regions. Michael Mekonen, also on the Valuations team, specialises in commercial and residential valuations for a variety of clients, including major financial institutions and private individuals, and brings impressive knowledge in areas including lease reviews and renewals.
