Jonathan Hunnibal

Jonathan is Head of Asset & Property Management at Glenny and is an Equity Partner.  He joined Glenny in 1998 and was made a Divisional Partner in 2008, a full Partner in the early part of 2020 and Equity Partner and Head of the Division in September 2022.

He has over 25 years’ post qualification experience in dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial property management instructions throughout Greater London and the South East as well as wider national coverage.

He has experience in landlord and tenant, health & safety and facilities management along with extensive experience in managing an array of mixed-use schemes, large and complex multi-let industrial estates, multi-let office buildings, business and retail parks.  He also has a wide range of experience in dealing with legal and insolvency matters and resolving complex issues across a wide range of commercial and residential properties, including block management issues.

He is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

Jonathan is regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) for property insurance business.

He holds a First-Class Honours Undergraduate Degree in land management, an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, along with a RICS Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the College of Estate Management.

In addition to Jonathan’s divisional responsibilities, he also oversees Glenny LLP’s Graduate Training Scheme for RICS qualification and acts as an RICS APC Counsellor, Mentor and sits as an APC Assessor for the RICS on graduates’ final assessment interviews for the Commercial Property Pathway Route.
