Grant has 18 years property experience across residential and all commercial asset classes throughout London and the South East.

Prior to joining Glenny as a team leader in the Property & Asset Management Team Grant held surveying roles at JLL, Knight Frank and Labtech working in management on a range of the assets; Central London Office, Mixed use, Industrial and Retail. Grant places a strong emphasis on offering a high level of Property and Asset Management service and initiatives to secure and enhance asset income, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering advice to clients in accordance with their investment strategy and  requirements. Focused on forging, managing and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and business development, whilst being experienced in general management matters, Service Charges and Landlord & Tenant matters.
