Leading the Accounts team for Asset & Property Management at Glenny, Graham’s priority is to ensure that the Accounts team offer clients and tenants alike an accurate and efficient service. High importance is placed upon making sure that the guidelines for best practice outlined by Glenny are followed and external bodies including the RICS and FCA rules are followed diligently.
