William has a wealth of experience across a wide range of property types and geographical areas. His focus is Business Space and this together with his established surveyor experience and coverage of all of Glenny’s offices ensures he is one of the foremost Lease Advisory exponents in the patch.
Prior to joining Glenny, to establish the Lease Advisory service line, William was a Partner at Knight Frank LLP and with the firm for over 20 years.
Notable clients of Glenny and William, who are available for a reference, are Aberdeen Standard, Dwyer, Campden Hill, La Salle Investment Management and Colombia Threadneedle amongst many others.
William’s role is to seek to enhance client’s interests, problem solve and delights in being able to do so. In the event of litigation William acts as an Expert Witness applying regarded knowledge and experience with due diligence and gravitas.
