Tom O'Brien

Tom is a Partner in Glenny’s Building Consultancy division with particular responsibility for construction, quantity and building surveying disciplines.

He holds a BSc (Hons), is MRICS qualified and has over 30 years experience, the last 15 of which have been with Glenny. His role focuses on the construction orientated activities of the division and in particular the management of construction projects through pre and post contract phases.

Tom acts as the Employer’s Agent on design and build contracts, represents banks and other lending institutions as their monitoring surveyor and provides expert advice in contract disputes and CPO compensation claims.
