Eleanor Welch

Starting her career in property in 2015, Ellie has gained a wealth of experience as a residential property manager responsible for over 250 properties across the Southeast. Since joining Glenny’s Asset and Property Management team in 2017, Ellie has worked her way up to Head of Residential Property Management in which she oversees the residential team and manages a wide variety of residential property portfolios across London and the surrounding areas on behalf of various Landlord clients.

During her time at Glenny, Ellie has focussed on maximising revenue streams/income for clients and developing internal processes/systems within the division to ensure that an efficient administrative property management service is provided. Ellie’s experience and technical knowledge of the industry is regularly called upon by the wider team within the firm.
