Craig Overy

Craig’s experience in both Building Consultancy and Architecture encompasses the industrial, office and retail sectors. Part of the Glenny team since 2012, Craig has worked in the area of refurbishment of commercial properties and also residential conversion projects adding value to property assets throughout the country.

Craig has managed a number of specialist refurbishment projects, overseeing all aspects of the construction process including inspection, measurement, feasibility, planning, CDM Principal Designer and design specification acting in the role of either the Employers Agent or the Contract Administrator. 

More recently Craig has been acting more in project management, specialising in delivering drive thru projects for Starbucks, Costa, Greggs and Burger King nationwide.
