The site was sold with the benefit of a detailed planning consent for a small housing development located next to Bretons Outdoor Centre in Rainham. Although launched for sale during the Covid pandemic, the development opportunity generated a fantastic number of proposals from local developers with offers exceeding our client’s expectations.
