Paul is Head of the Professional group of services at Glenny, including Valuation, Lease Advisory, Regeneration and Infrastructure and Real Estate Recoveries and Receivership. Paul joined the practice in 1996 and became an Equity Partner in 2002. Pauls early career included time in the valuation and commercial agency departments at Humberts in Hertfordshire and London W1.
With an unrivalled knowledge of the property market in Greater London and the Home Counties, Paul has extensive experience in secured lending valuations and expert witness valuation reports and is experienced in projects ranging from landmark commercial developments to high value dwellings. He has developed a sizable network of clients and business contacts.
During his time with Glenny, Paul has also developed a particular interest and expertise in Lease Advisory negotiations in the industrial and office markets, where he has a proven track record of securing favourable outcomes for the client, both by negotiation and at Third Party.
Paul leads the Professional teams with a commitment to providing a high-quality service. The teams have developed a strong reputation built on the foundations of exceptional technical ability, unparalleled knowledge of the regional property market, and a commercial approach to business. Under Paul’s leadership the various teams boast a diverse range of clients from the secured lending sector as well as property companies, institutions, local authorities, pension funds and corporate occupiers.

Acted for London Borough of Newham in rent review negotiations on a long leasehold interest of 51,000sqft industrial and office space in Stratford, London E15 which proceeded to Arbitration.
Acted for Restore on a rent review of a 66,000sqft warehouse in Walthamstow, London E17.
Retained by Grafton Group Plc in respect of rent reviews and lease renewals on Plumbase and Buildbase premises across the south east over the past 20 years
Expert witness valuation in respect of a professional negligence claim on industrial land in Canning Town, London E16
Portfolio valuation of eleven M&J Plant Hire depots and twenty one Charles Wilson Engineers depots, UK wide.
Retained agent acting on rent review and lease renewals on circa 140,000sqft industrial estate in Barking for Aberdeen Standard.
