Scott is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Registered Valuer.
With over 16 years experience practising in the East London and Essex and more recently including the South London and Kent property market, Scott has a good knowledge of the areas he practises in covering the industrial, offices, retail, residential and commercial/residential development sectors.
Scott acts for a range of major financial institutions, private individuals, corporates, institutional clients, pension funds and public sectors bodies having built up a range of clients who rely on Scott’s market knowledge and general property advise.
Scott also acts for both property companies and public sectors providing viability assessments on affordable housing/S106 contributions for residential developments. He also acts on behalf of landlords dealing with lease renewals and rent review work.
With the knowledge he has built up within the areas that he practises in Scott also provides Expert Witness Reports for Court purposes.
