Josh Siddons

At Glenny, Josh conducts a range of valuation work predominantly across South London and Kent for clients including financial institutions and private individuals. These valuations are for a range of purposes, including Secured Lending, Accountancy, Pension and Tax purposes.

Josh graduated from the University of Westminster with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. Josh subsequently began his career at the Valuation Office Agency as a Graduate Surveyor, where he became a Chartered Surveyor in December 2021.

He was initially based within the District Values Service arm, where he provided valuation advice to a range of public sector clients for various purposes on various commercial bulk classes (Office, Retail and Industrial) and Residential property. Josh then moved on to the Rating team, where he spent the remainder of his time before moving to Glenny in June 2022.
