John Baker

John’s experience in both Building Consultancy and Architecture encompasses the residential, industrial, office and retail sectors.

Part of the team since 2001, John oversees the firm’s growing portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, education, and leisure sectors, which range from single dwellings to large commercial estates up to £50M. He is currently leading on a number of specialist refurbishment and new build projects including warehousing, office, factory, and hotel schemes nationwide.

Becoming chartered in 2006, John manages a number of specialist refurbishment and new build projects, overseeing all aspects of the construction process including feasibility, planning, and defect pathology, as well as acting as Employers Agent and Contract Administrator.

John became a Partner in 2019 and continues to build a mixed client base.
