Caroline Smith

Prior to joining Glenny in 2014 Caroline graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from The University of Reading. Subsequently she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at first attempt through Glenny’s Graduate Scheme and has also become a Registered Valuer.

Caroline is an established member of the Valuation team and specialises in commercial and residential valuations and development appraisal instructions with a wealth of market knowledge gained from working within the Glenny regions covering Essex and London. Clients include bank panels, private investors, national occupiers, corporate and public sector bodies.

In addition Caroline also has experience in specialist valuations for Leasehold Enfranchisement purposes.

Caroline also assists Glenny’s graduates in their training and preparation for their final APC interview.
