Valuation Services division grows with appointment of Senior Associate

Glenny is pleased to announce the expansion of the Valuation Services team with the appointment of Omar Choudhury as Senior Associate. He joins Glenny with over 18 years? property industry experience. Omar will apply his practiced industry skills and in-depth knowledge to the valuation of offices, retail, industrial, mixed-use, land and residential property. He will act for a variety of clients, offering services to assist with loan security, purchase and disposal. Omar also has significant experience in developing complex appraisals and valuations, and will operate in the London and Southern Home Counties markets. His considerable experience includes time spent at DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle. In addition to this, he also has real estate banking experience, most recently at HSBC. Paul Aylott, Glenny Partner and Head of the Valuation Services Division, said: ?Omar?s in-depth knowledge of banking panel management and real estate valuation requirements of banking sector clients will be invaluable and we look forward to welcoming him to the team.? Omar has a master?s degree in European Property Development and Planning and is a Registered Valuer. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a qualified RICS APC assessor and councillor.
