Soho Sandwich Co. takes final unit on SEGRO’s View 406, Enfield

Acting on behalf of SEGRO, Glenny LLP has let the final unit at View 406, on Advent Park in Enfield, North London, to the Soho Sandwich Company. View 406, a recently constructed scheme of 12 warehouse and trade counter units, is situated in a prominent position on the A406 North Circular Road. Ivan Scott, Divisional Partner in the Business Space Agency team at Glenny, said: “This is a great result for SEGRO in a very popular part of London. Developed speculatively, View 406 has been met by strong occupier demand since it came onto the market, owing to its strategic location and high-quality industrial space.
