Resi team announce sale of Grade II listed pub

The residential development team are pleased to announce the completion of The Crown in Ingatestone, a Grade II listed public house located in the heart of this picturesque village. The property and surrounding land were sold to a private local developer with the benefit of a planning consent to convert the existing building into three dwellings with a further four additional houses to be constructed in the grounds.
