Resi sales success for Billericay conversion

Glenny LLP residential development team have successfully completed the sale of 137 - 139 High Street in the heart of Billericay Town Centre. A vacant office offered with the benefit of a planning consent to convert the building into five residential apartments was purchased by a local developer after an extensive marketing campaign.
