Glenny transacts 3 acre development site in Enfield

Chancerygate Developments have purchased a 3 acre industrial development site from Ardmore Construction in Enfield. The site, which extends to 3 acres will be re developed and will feature new production/warehouse units from 10,000-30,000 sq ft, totalling approximately 75,000 sq ft. Ivan Scott, Divisional Partner at Glenny LLP, who acted for the vendor said:- "The sale was conducted in a very competitive environment as the market in Enfield is extremely strong. Chancerygate will develop a range of freehold units that the market sorely needs.  We would not be surprised if the majority of these were sold off plan." Savills acted for Chancerygate.
