Glenny LLP secures new Walthamstow warehouse for Signature Brew

On behalf of BlackRock, Glenny LLP has concluded the letting of 15 & 15a Uplands Business Centre in Walthamstow, London to Signature Brew, the number one brewery for band collaboration beers that has worked with renowned artists such as alt-J, Mogwai, and Frank Turner. The single-storey unit comprises circa 10,000 sq. ft of warehouse space and is located within the long-established Uplands Business Centre. The area has proven extremely attractive for breweries and other creative occupiers due to its links to the North Circular, M11 and M25, which provides easy access for deliveries.
