Glenny completes first lettings at Circular Point

Glenny have completed the first 3 lettings on the Blackrock Trade Warehouse development known as Circular Point, located in Highams Park E4 . The scheme, finished in Dec 2014 comprises 3 large warehouses in the A block and 7 trade retail units in block B. Screwfix have taken the 6500 sq ft  unit B2 whilst HSS Hire have acquired the 2863 sqft B5. More lettings to further well known tenants will shortly be announced as 4 of the other B units are firmly under offer leaving only the 3950 sq ft unit B3 still available. Rents at £12.95 per sq ft are at record levels for the area .  Cypro Foods, t/a Village Quality Products have acquired the 23,700 sqft A3 to use as a food warehouse and both John McDougal and Peter Higgins from NLH & EL offices report good interest in the 2 remaining larger units. Quoting rents on A1 and A2 are £9.75 per sq ft
