Glenny has sold a commercial development site at Endeavour Drive in Basildon, Essex to Equation Properties in conjunction with BentallGreenOak for an undisclosed amount.
Comprising approximately five acres, the site will now be developed by Equation Properties in partnership with BentallGreenOak which Glenny will be retained on as the marketing agent.
Set to complete Q2 2022, the development will consist of a single 121,267 sq ft industrial / distribution unit developed to the highest specification with outstanding sustainability credentials to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A.
Basildon is a prime location for the industrial and logistics sector thanks to its strategic location. Just 32 miles east of central London, the town benefits from excellent road links to the M25 via the A127 and the seaports of London Gateway and the Port of Tilbury are both under 20 miles away.
