Glenny appointed on 68,000 sq. ft. Axion site in Belvedere

Glenny has been appointed by Buccleuch Property and Wrenbridge on a brand new detached unit in Belvedere, South East London. This 68,000 sq. ft. speculative unit is based on a prominent self-contained 3.8 acre site and is strategically located for the logistics and distribution market, with excellent transport links to London and the South East. The £15m project is due to be completed in Summer 2018. CBRE are joint agents.
