SEGRO, advised by Glenny, has let Unit 24 of the Great Cambridge Industrial Estate in Enfield, North London, to The Felix Project, a charity that works with food suppliers and charities to reduce food waste and food poverty. The 3,615-sq. ft. unit is located at the junction of Lincoln Road and Great Cambridge Road in Enfield. Glenny provided expert advice and guidance based upon first-hand knowledge of the local market. The unit has been let on a ten-year lease with a tenant break in the fifth year. The site includes car parking, 24-hour security, CCTV and lighting.
