Glenny’s Business Space Agency has let 3,500 sq ft of land to electrical vehicle charging company Fastned in Charlton, London.
Located on Ramac Way, the land is in a prominent roadside position and therefore ideally suited for its proposed use as a new EV charging station that will be implemented as part of the Dutch company’s national rollout.
Ivan Scott, Divisional Partner at Glenny, said: “The rollout of ESG infrastructure is vital to keep pace with the sales of electric vehicles. Sites like this, which whilst well located are arguably too small to attract a long term occupier, are a good fit for this type of operation. Fastned is a company that’s leading the way, with a network of over 150 EV charging stations already in operation across Europe and more on the way in the UK.”
