Glenny’s Valuation team have had a lot going on this November, covering a variety of property types across the Glenny region for banks, property companies and private clients. Notable cases have included the valuation of two industrial estates for court purposes in Watford.  Partner, Paul Aylott was instructed by representing solicitors as an Expert Witness Valuer, to report to court on the market value of approximately 65,000 sq ft of multi let industrial investments.
