It’s been another busy month for Team Glenny, with more commercial lettings, site viewings and redevelopments. Take a look at our latest round-up for the month of October.
The Old Boleyn Cinema
We were pleased to share the progress made on the site of the Old Boleyn Cinema in East Ham.
Our Building Consultancy team has been instructed to act as the Contract Administrator to deliver 79 flats as well as seven retail units at the site on Barking Road, just a stone's throw away from West Ham United FC's former home.
It's great to be involved in the regeneration of the East Ham area, close to Glenny's home. This should help to bring a new lease of life to business in the area following the relocation of West Ham to Stratford.
In the coming weeks we will be liaising with the client, contractor and team of consultants to develop and supervise the design and construction. Hard demolition will begin in the coming weeks and during that time period we will be assisting all parties to ensure that all and any pre-construction hurdles are overcome before commencement of the groundworks.

Commercial Road, Limehouse
Our Residential Development Agency team has presented a new freehold development opportunity near Limehouse Station.

Midas Industrial development, Harlow
We're pleased to see the progress of construction on Unit 2 of the Midas industrial development in Harlow. This impressive development is set for completion in January 2023.
