Acting on behalf of Davina Investments, Glenny’s Business Space Agency has let a modern warehouse at the Kingside Industrial Estate in Woolwich for £127,500 per annum to Adriatic UK, a distributor of Mediterranean food produce across London.
Comprising almost 10,000 sq ft, the building was let in its original configuration following the removal of a large mezzanine floor on a 10 year lease. Glenny acted as sole agent.
