Glenny LLP are pleased to announce that they have signed terms to partner with Valos in an agreement to adopt their automated valuation platform to further enhance Glenny’s efficiencies in their property valuation processes and ensure speed and accuracy in delivering reports to its clients.
The firm has adopted the Valos AI platform to automate the generation of valuation report templates and many of the standard searches that form part of the valuation process across its team of RICS Registered Valuers covering London and the south east in the commercial and residential markets. The adoption of the Valos technology will provide real time access to property specific information, ensure the accuracy of data searches, offer faster turnaround times, consistency in reporting, and allow its valuers more time to deliver a high quality, relationship driven valuation service.
