Demand fell back to 330,800 sq ft in the six months to Q3 2024, with the market becoming increasingly polarised.  In general, demand is focused on requirements below 25,000 sq ft, although several larger requirements account for 50% of overall demand.  The North London & Herts market is one of the few locations in the outer Eastern M25 market where larger requirements can be satisfied.
