Supply has edged up slightly but remains tight, with only 638,000 sq ft of space currently on the market.  Grade A supply is even more restricted, with only 136,850 sq ft of space available, with three buildings representing 78% of the quality space.  The two largest buildings are both in Chelmsford; Buckenham House (44,850 sq ft) and Regent House (40,050 sq ft), whilsy Focal Point in Basildon provides 22,170 sq ft.  The availability rate remains the lowest across the Glenny Region at 4.3%.
