Prime office rents in the East London market have fallen back by 9.2% on average over the past 12 months, with the most significant movements being seen in Stratford, where values are down by 11.1% to £40.00 per sq ft.  Barking and Dagenham has also recorded double digit falls, with values down by 10.0% to £22.50 per sq ft.  Owner occupier capital values have followed a similar trend, falling by 14.9% on average, with the largest falls in Stratford, where values are down by 20.8%.
