Supply has risen sharply over the past two years and now stands at 6.3m sq ft, an increase of 20% over the year.  Grade A supply now accounts for 33% (2.1m sq ft) of overall supply, with six Big Box units accounting for 1.1m sq ft of availability.  The largest space is 300 at The Powerhouse in Dartford, which provides 304,200 sq ft, whilst Crossways 241 (240,900 sq ft) also in Dartford remains available.  The availability rate moved up to 6.3%, the highest across the Eastern M25 region.
