Demand has fallen back from the levels recorded in the early part of the year at 364,500 sq ft, with most requirements at most size bands falling back from their h1 levels.  A number of larger requirements have come to the market, looking for space above 50,000 sq ft, however, there are currently no buildings of this size currently available in the Essex market.
