Demand for floor space in the North London & Herts rebounded in the six months to Sept 2024 following a significant weakening in the early months of the year. The main impetus behind the improved demand is focused on the Big Box and Mid Box sectors, where requirements have increased by 56% to 5.4m sq ft and 1.2m sq ft respectively. Most other sector of the market have seen a weakening.
